At Sparenberg Designworks we respect your privacy as visitor of our site and you can be assured that any personal information that you give us will be handled in a secure way.

What information do we collect ?

For processing your purchase we ask you for your name, address and contact information. We use this information only for shipping your order. This shipping information will be passed on to MyParcel / PostNL (the good old Dutch national post service) to effectuate your shipment.

Your payments are effectuated through the secured socket layer (SSL) payment services of Mollie.nl. We only see the result of the payment process.

The texts you entered in our 3dWordFlip app are used only to automatically generate your unique personal WordFlip. These texts are not used in any other way or for any other purpose. After transferring your model to our webshop with the 3d printing company Shapeways, please read their privacy policy.

When you enter your email address to save your personal 3dWordFlip for later, this email address will be used only for sending you an email. If we would like to use your personal 3dWordFlip for promotional purposes, we will only do so after your written consent.

Sparenberg Designworks does not sell information to other parties

We do not sell or pass along personal information of our visitors and clients to other parties. Third parties will only receive the information they need to perform their services. Our employees and the third parties we work with for shipment, payment and 3d printing, respect your privacy.

Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser safes on your own computer. Our webshop uses a cookie to detect your country of origin and show prices incl VAT (to EU residents) or excl VAT (outside EU). Sparenberg Designworks makes use of cookies of Google Analytics to analyse website traffic.
